Karen is an experienced, successful leader with an extensive background in management, particularly in the public and private sector. She is an advocate the promotion of a positive Health and Safety culture and has a genuine commitment to saving lives whether the threat is via physical or mental health.
Nichola Maher
Founder and Director
Nichola is far from the traditional ‘safety bod’ and is committed to outcomes via alternative means of compliance. She formed the Company in September 2020 after 7 years working in a high risk industry and 7 years in health and safety consultancy. She has a hands on approach to safety, is commercially aware and committed to proportionate risk management with a can do EHSWQ attitude.
